Enjoy a safari to Ruaha National Park, Tanzania’s largest park. It’s a vast wilderness in the southwest of the country visited by only a handful of travellers each year. At the park’s heart is the aptly named Great Ruaha River, a massive watercourse that dwindles to only a few pools in the dry season, but bursts its banks and roars over boulders at the height of the rains. Go for an excursion where you’ll see the rare antelope, small and large mammals and a variety of reptiles and bird species.
Access is either by air from Dar es Salaam to Iringa airport pick-up by a team of guides then drives to Ruaha in a luxury and safety way. The accommodation in the park varies from budget to luxury camps and lodges but we also provide tents for camping activities. Here you can see the park by a custom open roof vehicles 4WD land cruiser and walking safaris along great Ruaha River or hiking to the famous Kimilamatonge hill for 4-5 hours alternatively.
